About Taimera.
Taimera is a studio in Dubai. It builds and designs web and mobile products, brands and the marketing plan you run yourself, and one senior pair of hands carries each project from the first call to the handover.
Eight years of building software, and of breaking it
Mahmoud Abbass has spent more than eight years in software delivery, much of it finding the faults in other people’s work before their users did. That is the part that decides whether what you buy actually holds up, and it is why a Taimera build is checked before it reaches you rather than after a customer finds the problem.
How one person delivers this
AI does the work that used to need a team, and experience decides which of that output is good enough to ship. The honest limit is capacity: Taimera takes on only as many projects at a time as one person can do properly. If the schedule cannot hold yours, you are told on the first call, not after the deposit.

I am Mahmoud Abbass, and Taimera is my studio. I have spent more than eight years building and breaking software for a living, which is the part that decides whether what you get actually works. I do the planning, the design, the build and the handover myself, so the person who answers you after launch is the person who wrote it.
Three facts, each verifiable by someone who does not know us.
How Taimera works with you
Taimera is licensed in Dubai as a sole establishment, and works in Arabic and in English — calls, documents and the product itself, in whichever of the two you prefer. Planning, design, build and handover all run remotely, and every project is agreed in writing before anything is made.
