What we collect
When you send an enquiry, Taimera collects your name, email address, optional phone number, the services and answers you chose, your message and your optional answer to how you heard about us. Only if you tick the optional box does Taimera also receive the page you first landed on, the site that sent you and any campaign tags in the link.
Why we collect it
The only purpose of your enquiry details is to let Taimera reply to your enquiry. Taimera uses the optional arrival details only to learn which channels bring genuine enquiries. Taimera does not sell this data, share it for advertising or use it to build a profile about you.
Where it is processed
Taimera processes enquiry data through Cloudflare for hosting, request logs and form bot verification, and Resend for delivery of the enquiry email. This processing may take place outside the UAE through these providers.
How long we keep it
Taimera’s retention period for an enquiry that does not become a project is 24 months from the last contact. After that, Taimera deletes it.
What we do not do
Taimera and its providers process your IP address for request logs, the anti-bot check and limits on repeated submissions. Your IP address is not included in your enquiry. The arrival details are held in your browser tab and are not sent if the optional box is unticked. Taimera uses no analytics tools, pixels, advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
Your choices
You can ask Taimera to show, correct or delete the enquiry data it holds, or withdraw your consent, by emailing mahmoud.abbass77@outlook.com.
