A written scope before a line of code.
Every project follows the same four stages. You know what is included, what it costs and what comes next before work begins, and you see the work before it moves forward.
Plan
We turn the first conversation into a written scope: the outcome, what is included, what is not, the fixed price and the timing. Work starts only after that document is agreed.
Design
The brand and screens come before the build, in Arabic and English when the project needs both. You review what people will see and use before it becomes code.
Build
The approved design is built in short passes you can see. Questions and scope changes are written down, so the thing being made does not drift away from the thing you approved.
Test and handover
We check the finished work on real devices and in each agreed language, then hand over the source code, accounts, keys and files. The product does not stay locked to Taimera.
Money is agreed before work starts
The proposal carries one fixed project price in AED and records what that price covers. There is no published price list: the figure follows the written scope, and any later addition is priced and agreed separately before it is built.
Who this way of working is not for
Taimera is a small studio, not a bench of interchangeable people. It is not the right fit if you need many projects running at once, an always-on promotion team, or work to begin before the scope and decision-maker are clear.
What we use
We choose the tools that fit the product and put the important accounts in your name. AI can make the work faster; senior judgement decides what is accepted, changed or discarded before anything reaches you.
Start with the problem, not a package
Tell us what needs to change and who needs to use it. The next step is a scoping conversation, not a binding quote generated by a form.
