What we sell
Taimera sells fixed-scope project work in web applications, mobile applications, branding, rebranding, UI/UX design and marketing strategy & plan, plus optional monthly care plans. Marketing strategy & plan is handed over for the client to execute.
Quotes and currency
Taimera quotes prices in AED first, with an EGP figure alongside for clients in Egypt. A written quote fixes the agreed scope and price before work begins.
Payment
Taimera takes payment for a project in two parts: 50% to begin and 50% before handover.
Cancellation and refunds
If you cancel before work begins, Taimera refunds your deposit in full. If you cancel during delivery, Taimera bills the work completed to that point and refunds the remainder.
Changes to scope
Taimera quotes work outside the agreed written scope separately before it is built. No change to the scope starts without that written agreement.
If something is wrong
Taimera fixes defects against the agreed scope at no charge for 30 days after handover.
